The seller of the products and owner of the website is: Intini S.r.l., with registered office at C.da Popoleto, N.C. Martina Franca (TA), near the industrial area of Alberobello (BA), Italy.
Consumers accessing the website to make purchases are required to carefully read these Terms and Conditions of Sale before placing an order. By submitting an order through the website—which constitutes a contractual offer—the customer acknowledges and declares that they have read all the information provided during the purchase process and fully accept these General Terms and Conditions and the terms of payment described herein.
Delivery
It is not possible to postpone the delivery date once the order has been dispatched. It is important that the Customer, or someone appointed by them, is present at the shipping address provided during checkout in the days following the order dispatch to allow the Courier to complete the delivery.
If the Courier is unable to find anyone at the specified delivery address, a second delivery attempt will be made. After an unsuccessful second attempt due to the recipient’s absence, the goods will be held in storage by the Courier. In the case of cash-on-delivery shipments, if payment is not made, the goods will be placed in storage immediately. All costs related to storage and re-delivery will be charged to the Customer before the goods are released from storage.
Phone notification and scheduled delivery are additional services that must be requested in advance by filling out our contact form before placing the order.
All our shipments include curbside delivery. Delivery to the upper floors is also an additional service that must be requested in advance by filling out our contact form before placing the order.
Olio Intini undertakes to ensure that products are in perfect condition at the time of delivery to the carrier. If the products appear visibly damaged upon arrival, the Customer must refuse the delivery and submit a written claim to the carrier. A copy of this claim must be sent to Intini S.r.l. via email at info@oliointini.it within 12 hours of the incident.
If the procedure is correctly followed and it is proven that the goods were severely damaged, Intini S.r.l. guarantees a refund to the customer through either replacement of the goods or reimbursement of the amount paid.
Right of Withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase by returning the products.
To exercise this right, the Customer must send a notice to Intini S.r.l. within 14 days from the date the products were received. The request must be sent via email to the following address: info@oliointini.it.
The exercise of the right of withdrawal requires the return of all purchased products (never just part), in perfect condition and properly packaged. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, Intini S.r.l. will refund the full amount paid for the returned goods, excluding any applicable shipping costs, within 14 days from the date the withdrawal notice was received.
