Verdeca is a relatively rare white wine grape variety from Puglia that is grown in the typical calcareous and clayey soil of Valle d’Itria, at an elevation of more than 400 m and with high temperature variations between day and night. Vinified in purity, it decisively holds its strengths: acidity, freshness and sapidity. The fermentation happens in stainless steel vessels at controlled temperature.
