Elegant red wine made from 100% Primitivo grapes, crafted using the “vendanges entières” technique, inspired by the domaines of the Côte d’Or in Burgundy, which involves the use of whole grape clusters in open vats.
Fermentation takes place in barriques and tonneaux, followed by aging on the fine lees for about one year, before at least 6 months of bottle aging, allowing the wine to fully express complexity, balance, and finesse.
Aroma
On the nose, it reveals a broad and complex bouquet of red berries and spices, with enveloping notes of rose petals.
Taste
Great structure and balance on the palate, with a harmonious and fresh flavor.
