Monocultivar Cima di Mola variety from secular olive trees, with a special healthy content: polyphenols such as tyrosol and hydroxytyrosol in excess of 9 mg/ 20 g of oil (RDA*), almost twice the value to claim the “healthy” title; vitamin E (total tocopherols) for a value in excess of 400 mg/kg of product, about 4 times the minimum recommended dose (90 mg/kg) to reach all its beneficial effects.

A minimum of 20 g extravirgin olive oil, the equivalent of 2 full tablespoons. Could also be enjoyed in its purity.
